I'm aiming for 30,000 too, but I don't think I'll make it. After chats with agent and a synopsis, I think I need to change the frame I am using for this novel which means some rewriting at this point before I can go forward again. But it has been a great month just for thinking about this book and getting some solid writing done. I feel very good about it now. Way to go!
